- We offer returns on items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unopened with proof of purchase.
- Delivery fee is non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, please contact us for a return authorisation. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. This has to be communicated and agreed by both parties before initialising the return procedure.
- Refunds can be received in 2 forms:
– Issuing a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item
– Issuing a refund to a gift voucher that is non-transferable to other customers.
- Special orders, and personalised items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- If pre-ordered or backordered items are not dispatched within the designated period as advertised, you may be entitled to a refund. Please contact us to initiate your refund.
- Items purchased with a gift voucher will be refunded to a new gift voucher.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria.
